Charged $207.00 I Did Not Owe After Switching Insurance

I switched my insurance from Allstate, and they ended up charging me $207.00 that I did not owe them. They only did this because I switched both my home and auto insurance. They wanted to squeeze me for additional money because they knew the cow was not going to give them any more milk!
