On Feb 11, my husband was in a wreck in our Toyota Yaris. As he was headed to work, he hit a patch of black ice and ended up in a deep ditch. He tried to get the car out of the woods, but he realized he had to call for a wrecker. The wrecker came, but the car was so messed up that they had to put it on a flatbed truck so that they could get it to the Toyota place.
We got a rental car, and we really believed that Allstate would take care of us. But we found out the hard way that they don't care about anyone but themselves. We thought they had taken our car to a place that would check out the engine as well as fix the body work. The body work was done nicely. BUT no one told us they did not check the engine. Allstate flat out said they would not fix our engine, and they blame us.
I told my husband that we would have to drop Allstate because I do not want an insurance company that doesn't care about its people. I have also talked to my family, and so far all of my family has agreed to get rid of Allstate. So thanks for nothing, Allstate. This is one family you will never mistreat again. I hope you are happy losing customers.
