Different due date every month leads to late fees despite autopay

Care Credit has a different due date for my statement every month. That makes impossible to pay the bill on time, unless you set up auto payment with their website.

It's hard to trust your billing information to a company that is obviously trying their best to rip you off. I have never called Care Credit customer service to get a helpful person on the phone.

There's a lot of sarcasm and misinformation. They won't listen to you, no matter how hard you try. Even though I have auto payment with electronic transfer from Citibank, they have been charging me late fees for no reason.

Be aware! Safe yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from this company!
