Foreclosure attempt on a friend's home worth double the mortgage

I am presently assisting a friend who has a language barrier and is battling this company, which is trying to foreclose on her property.

The property is worth double what the mortgage is, so their attorneys are pulling out all the stops in trying to take the property.
