Spouse unpaid for three years as family finances collapse

Please tell me the first step to make my spouse realize that he has been brainwashed by Primerica. Our house is in bankruptcy, electric has been turned off, car repossessed, etc. Because he hasn't received a normal pay check in 3 years. I don't know what to do. We have four children.
