Citi cards surprisingly declined to help me dispute the $2995 Optionetics 2-day seminar, which I consider a ripoff.
The following is their response:
"The reason or reasons we cannot resolve your inquiry are: This charge was made outside of your home state and more than 100 miles from your billing address."
What kind of credit card outfit is this? I clearly made the purchase in Salt Lake City, where I live close by, and they respond like this.
