Insurance Check Sent After Hurricanes Never Credited or Returned

After suffering thru three hurricanes my insurance company pay me within two weeks, but after sending the check to Select Portfolio and three months later I have not seen not a penny of it and every time I call the pass me from office to office and I can't get no where. Please somebody HELP!
