Microsoft
Unauthorized $39.96 Charge After Paying for Xbox Live and Netflix

View Microsoft full profile & all complaints

We have Xbox Live, and we went to pay for 3 months for $24.99 and our Netflix bill for 7.99. Somehow we got charged for both things and also got charged $39.96 for some random charge that we did not authorize.
