I purchased a vehicle through Silver State Auto in Las Vegas, NV. The sticker price said $8900, but the price submitted to Westlake was $10,000. After 1 month the vehicle had problems and the dealer never honored their warranty. Then in October, a few days before my fake 1-year warranty was up, my engine blew out, and now Westlake is trying to come after me for breach of contract when the contract was bogus to begin with. I have learned that Westlake Financial deals with a lot of fraudulent dealerships.
