Phone Stopped Working After Six Months and Fees Charged

Second time won on my metro phone. In the state of florida this is considered fraudulent advertising. Tell metro-pc that i wonder how they can charge outrageous fees. My phone will not work. I have had it six months and now I have to buy a new phone. Send the money fed-ex and i will find another phone service / thanks
