3D TV delivered in destroyed open box and claim denied

I Send my brand new 3D TV from California to Houston, Delivered in its closed box. I even have a Picture of it. It was delivered with an open box totally destroyed, and the TV was Broken.

I didn't receive any calls from them, nor did they returned it from where i send it from, they just left it abandoned and the claim was denied. I Paid 83 dollars just for the delivery, and 1011 dollars for the TV and they don't even care to pay me back even do they Know they broke it.

I will never use UPS again!!
