Wedding gown delivered to wrong house and not recovered

I ordered my wedding gown from Nordstrom.com. It was to be here May 15th. Only It never got here. Turns out UPS sent my wedding dress to the wrong house and some women excepted my package. I went to every house on my street trying to find my wedding dress and no one knows anything about it. I need the driver to remember where he brought my dress to. I don't have time to get another one.
