We purchased a baby ferret two weeks ago from the Federal Way Petco. We had 4 ferrets already at home. We have no other animals except for our ferrets, and they are strictly indoor pets. After we got our baby ferret home, we gave her a bath, and as soon as she was put in the water, bugs came out of her fur from everywhere and caused bleeding. It was the most horrible thing I have ever seen, and to top it off, our 4 other ferrets now had bugs too!
We called the store and complained and were told that we would have to give her back in order for her to get care. She is a part of our family, so we did what we needed to do to get her bug free, but I called corporate to file a major complaint. Avoid this store at all costs!
