A Direct Tv rep called me and I joined a sales promo: $119.98, then $19.99 a month. Then a salesperson called and said I needed to upgrade everything, so I stupidly said OK. Then they took $4000 out of my American Express, and since then I have had no word from them.
I have tried calling them, and when I say I want my money back, they put me on hold and no one comes on the line. One day I held for 1 hour just out of curiosity.
