Billed for demolished house vacated four years ago

The company sends me bills for garbage collection for a house that I have been out of for four years now and the house has been demolished and property bought by the neighbor but I get a bill for service in 2013 after the house was torn down 24835 W Oak Ave in Lake Villa, Illinois. They should go and look before trying to screw people out of hard earned money
