Paid 39.95 for Guaranteed Loan, Cannot Reach Customer Service

I paid this company 39.95 for a guaranteed loan, with a money-back guarantee if not approved. I need 5 denial letters to either mail or fax. I have those, but they do not provide a phone number or a fax, and it is next to impossible, if not impossible, to reach customer service.
