Barclays Priceline Visa Credit Card
Charged for purchase on closed credit card account

I closed this credit card account in November. I get statements every month, anyway, as someone (not me) made a purchase of $13.44 in September, customer service states. If this is true, it was done by an unknown person, and without my permission. I am not paying it.
