Charged $29.95 on 12/26 for Payday Loan Never Provided

Bill McKinley of United Lending Services guarantees that they will get you a payday loan... Well, guess what, they did not, but they charged me $29.95 on 12/26. I have called and only get voice mail. I have left numerous messages but have no return calls and surely no refund either. Please help me get my money back and get rid of scams like this place.
