Promised 52 Free Coupons, Got Them Once After 31 Emails

When I signed up with MSN 6 months ago, I was promised 52 free coupons. After 31 e-mails and hours on the phone, I have gotten them one time. Now they will not even answer my e-mails. How sad for a big company.
