This is a complaint against Yahoo! Mail. It has been illegally blocking my access to my two Yahoo! email accounts by continually claiming I had entered an "Invalid Password" and forcing me to jump through hoops to change my passwords over and over again. Yahoo! Mail also locked me out of both accounts, which makes it totally impossible for me to "Reset Your Password" as well.
There was also a recent computer hacking attempt by two individuals located in India, where Yahoo! has moved its call centers. I have filed proper reports about it not only with Yahoo, but also with my bank, my telephone and internet providers, the FTC, the FCC and the BBB, because one of these two email accounts is where I get my Direct Deposit SSI and Social Security checks.
I contacted Yahoo! a number of times to no avail, and I was even hung up on by a foreign-sounding Yahoo employee with a very strong East Indian accent. All of my several complaints have gone nowhere as well.
I am now having my lawyers prepare a massive class action lawsuit, and I am asking the FCC, the FTC and the Department of Justice to file serious federal criminal charges against Yahoo!, Yahoo! Mail and every Yahoo employee involved in this matter. I hope others will join me in taking similar action against Yahoo! and Yahoo Mail.
