A double payment was issued to a seller in the amount exceeding $2500. The seller did not get the funds ebay/paypal kept the money. I sent emails for 30 -45 days.
Now I had to fax my license, utility bill. (like they could see it was me on the license). Still not giving it back.
They finally said they would keep it for 6 months just to be safe they said.
I told them According to the contract I agreed to when a seller does not collect the funds (uncollected funds) An automatic return will be done in 30 days. I told them they were in BREACH OF OUR CONTRACT AND I WAS TAKING ACTION. They sent my money back within 2 weeks of that email.
But they kept my refund of $26! No lie they will not give it back it has been over 3 months now
Now they have suspended my account go figure
