Somebody broke into my email and changed my password. They deleted all my emails and contacts. I had very important emails there. I contacted Yahoo numerous times asking them to restore my emails, because they are the only ones who have a backup of them. Never mind that they did not protect my account, they always came up with different excuses not to restore it.
They asked me the security questions when I signed up, and I gave them answers, but they said it is wrong. And it wasn't. I do remember my father's name and where I had my honeymoon. I kept complaining and said that I would do everything to get to the bottom of it. And they just completely closed my account. This is absolutely rude and unacceptable.
I need your help, please. How can I make them restore my emails? Thank you so much.
