It may be hard to complain about something that is free, but we know that free or cheap is not always the best. In this case it is the email service Hotmail, or Live.com. I tried to log on to my Live.com email the other day but got the message that my email account was closed, with no explanation! I opened another account with a different ISP and requested that all my emails and drafts be forwarded. I have been after Hotmail to resolve this, but I am getting no response. I have had this account for a year and a half and have tried to contact them a few times about another formatting problem. They never respond.
I still want my emails and drafts from Live.com. Does anybody know where I can report Hotmail? Where can I file complaints? Anyway, my advice to all readers here is do not trust this unreliable Hotmail outfit for valuable or important messages.
