Somehow Yahoo managed to bill me $299.00 through my PayPal account for something they call Yahoo Search Marketing. After billing me, they never sent a receipt or an email introducing me to the service, whatever it is.
When I asked for a refund, they said OK and said they had issued one, but I never got the refund back in my PayPal account. I have called many times over the course of three weeks, and they just say sorry, we already issued a refund.
So I am out 300 bucks, and PayPal is a worthless company too, because you would think they were there to protect you, but they refused to even look into it. All they said was case closed.
I will never deal with this company again, and I closed all accounts.
