I Purchase A Sega Dreamcast For An Individual On eBay And paid Through eBay's Entity

This Product Item Surely States That It Is Working... When It Arrived The Console Did Not Work The Controllers Sounded Like There Were Parts Broken Inside... All-In-All This Was "JUNK"...

I Promptly Asked For A Refund To No Available... I Went Through eBay And PayPal With The Complaint Through "Dispute Resolution"

And The Judgement Was For The Seller Who Was In This Instance Dead-Wrong In Selling The Item As A Working Item... Again If He Would Of Packaged It Properly... Maybe Then It May've Worked...
