I joined Yahoo Music Unlimited to get a song for my son, The Hamster Dance. After loading all of their software on my computer, I then had to place a credit card in the so-called wallet. After doing all of this, we downloaded our song for .99. After the download reached 99%, it said download failed. I clicked try again, and it continued to do this.
I clicked on contact Yahoo and got a long form asking for more information, with about 20 more questions. Forget this, I thought, I will go to Best Buy and order it. Even so, I continued to try to contact them through many emails, but all were DOA.
No wonder Yahoo stock is so good. They will continue to charge your credit card, so think before you use this sorry excuse for downloads. Other companies have a proven track record, and they will not milk your credit card for things not received. Never use a credit card with people like Yahoo if you value good credit and trust, not a ripoff.
