Seasonal game pass turned out to be maps with no refund

I ordered and paid for what I thought was were seasonal games for my grandchildren to play on their psp3. After several attempts to get the games started and speaking to someone at the company, I was told they were maps to the games. The advertisement stated Games, Not game maps. I could not get a refund. I only wanted this credited to the games, and this has not been done. Beware. Misleading Advertising.
