The Petco in Brooklyn, NY, on Avenue U has the worst customer service ever. The staff are a bunch of reps with no knowledge of their product line, and they do not have a clue about their inventory. Where is management? How can they staff the store with such inexperienced people? I will be going back to Pet Delight, and their prices are cheaper.
