I called and talked to the Petco manager on Telegraph in STL. He decided to tell me I was wrong the entire time. I got a fish on Dec 31, and it developed ich within about 2 days, so I got treatment for it on Jan 5. No one told me I needed anything other than that product to add to the water. He went off and told me I was wrong and that I had been told that when he was not there. Then he wanted to refuse to help me.
