Dentist Took $2,000 and Left Root Canal Unfinished

I would like to speak to a live customer service. I had the worst experience with a dentist and took all 2,000 without our permission. Does half a root canal. Our money is not going back up. It's going down. We hardly have anything in our card. Please someone help us.
