I was on the phone discussing a charge. During the conversation I asked the representative to talk louder into the microphone, or into the phone. He adjusted it and asked, "Is that better?" I said yes. He then made a sexual comment, saying he now had it in his mouth and was licking it for me. I felt that was wrong to say, so I asked for a manager and gave my complaint. I called today to speak to a supervisor, and I am not getting the answers I want. Can you help?
