In June I put in a cash offer to buy a condo in Dayton, Ohio. As of this date (8/25), I still have not heard whether my offer was accepted or not. I was told that by making a cash offer it would cut down on the amount of time it would take to get a response. When I tried to contact CitiMortgage directly, I was given the runaround and told to contact my realtor. What is the holdup, and what do I need to do to get an answer on where I stand?
