This business seems to be a scam from the floor up. They take advantage of college kids with "internships," which is code for you get paid nothing or next to nothing. They teach the students to lie (say anything) to get contracts and then do a shoddy job once they get them.
I personally had a man named Brandon come to my door and ask to give me a quote. He did, and the quote was fairly reasonable. He wanted me to sign a contract right there and give him a deposit, and I had reservations. I told him that I worked for the state and the only way I would have to break the contract and get my money back was if I lost my job (budget cuts). He said that was not a problem and that if that happened I would get my money back. Sure enough, a month later I received notice that, after three years working with the state, I was being let go due to cutbacks. I called Brandon and was informed that they were not doing refunds for anybody, and he went as far as to say he never said I could get my money back. This is just the scenario we spoke of. I spoke to the regional supervisor, and he stated that I could have my money back if I gave them the names of two people they could rip off too (paraphrased). My point is: do business with them and get ripped off.
