MGC mortgage in my opinion is a predatory lender and should be investigated by the attorney general of Texas and Massachusetts.
Why"
1. They do not send current statements
2. The phone system to contact them does not work.
3. They do not support the "obama" plan for housing.
I highly recommend that the United States prosecutor' office investigate this company for fraud, misappropriation of funds, theft and unconscionable seizure of property.
4. No contact person, avoidance of stating of names
I challenge the attorney generals of Massachusetts and Texas to investigate this company as soon as possible.
