I hired moving squad to move my furniture 2 years ago and kept in in storage until i needed them. I finally got them to deliver my furniture and they delivered someone elses furniture to me instead of my own. They patially delivered my furniture and told me they cant find the rest and i had to make a claim so i did. They offered me the standard. 60 per pound which i can understand on damaged items but never thought they would never deliver my items. I have $15980 worth of items missing and i told them to pay me 35% value to be fair since it has been 2 years in storage. Mind you the items have never been used because they have been in storage the whole time. They never call me back and keep telling me they are handling it. I called again after repeatedly sending emails and calling claims and no answer and they finally told me they are holding to the. 60 per pound. Do not use this company for anything and i will let everyone know how it plays out.
