Been a customer for 3yrs & was told i was up grading. What i got was an obsolete phone that has been nothing but trouble since i paid for it. Rings when i want to send my calls to voicemail. Most of the time i have legal issues that i need to hear when lawyers calling. But when i took phone back they told me for another 26.00 i could re-activate my OLD phone. He had no idea what he was doing, in fact, while i was making my complaint the owner (Tony) refused to have him wait on me. But while i was there he asked (Tony) so many questions that had that happened when i was there i wood have ran out of that place to down grade. Sounds like a scam to me. All i want is a phone that costs the same as what i paid for, no more no less.
