Original problem started with Cox cable referring me to ETECHIINC for my computer had been hacked. I spoke with somone in India, I gave him permisssion to work on my computer. He charged my approx. $700.00 to clean up my unit but, his communication stated that the people during the work on my computer was PC-COP. The monies was was sent by my bank. They told PC-COP to resend there banking info which they never did and the monies was put back into my account. PC-COP called several time but, after I told them not to call anymore, someone stating that they were from microsoft was attempting the same thing as PC-COP I called microsoft and they informed me that they did not call me. The telephone numbers on my caller ID were; 253-802-0309,1-877-783-1191,1-888-803-6789. Problem started 11/23
