I took taxi from Hispanola Ave 7901, North Bay Village to 300 NE, 2nd street, Miami. Usually I pay between 18-20$ even with bad traffic, but this time driver drove me all around across the high way (10-15 min longer) and the bill at the end was 30$. I told him that I am not paying more than 22, but I was soo upset because I was arguing with him and because I was late on the class during the bad service that I didn't figured out right away that he gave me 13$ change insted of 18$. If somebody knows where I can file my complaint, please let me know.
