Rick Breese, who looks like he has been the owner now of more than one company (B&B Fence and Stain, W&W Fencing, Western Fencing, Bower Fence, etc.), altered the check paid to him several months after cashing the check the first time. Wrong thing to do. Will be reporting to the fraud department of my bank. As per many of the other stories, Rick wanted money up front, so we gave him half. He wanted the other half before work had even finished. We did not give him anything further until the work was done. Four months after he initially cashed the checks we gave him, he altered the checks (left the same check number) and cashed them in. It looks like from what I can find that this man has been changing the name of his company in order to escape from them being linked together. He is just waiting for an unassuming home owner to come along and use his company and trust him to do the work as a professional. When the time is right, Rick Breese takes the money and disappears into a new company name, that is probably not a legitimate assumed name in the first place. Please, can someone catch this guy and do something about it. This is ridiculous!
