I always buy my fitness equipment from sears and the last treadmill i bought was a nordictrack c2150... I hardly called in for service even though I purchased the xtended warranty and renewed it year after year (paid over 600 dollars total for the warranty). I was having issues with the treadmill making a little noise so UTS came out and replaced the deck and ordered siderails for the new deck... And stopped there. They claim they can only get one siderail and the other is on back order (its been over 2 years on back order!!!) The treadmill is waaaaay to loud to operate. It bang so loud when walking, I cant imagine running. It would wake up everyone in the whole house.
Anyway UTS dropped the ball-they took the money and now im left with paying for gym membership for over two years and now Im thinking of buying a whole new treadmill... BUT Sears is still pertnered with this company and I honestly dont think I would even buy sears equipment anymore because they have done nothing to help either. I will upload a video of how loud the treadmill is when I get home.
