I requested a DVD from BlubayDVD on 7th July and decided to spend £16.36. I tested my banking account and that I was billed £47.86 on 7th May from their website. I had been delivered a follow-up mail stating the DVD I requested was sold-out plus they might try to provide it within the next 7 days but couldn't assure it'd be submitted the following 28 times. The stated nothing of overcharging me. I've approached their revenue and assistance groups via mail and named the amount on the site and left a note. Nevertheless I've never had an answer from their website.
