I am disapointed in fit tv choices on the shows that have been on lately. This tv show is supposed to be about health exercise and fitness but tonight January the 9th has been about pregnant and did not know it also other shows like dr G which has nothing to do with exercise or fitness. Fit tv need to be more creative in filling in shows that target those who exercise, need info in cooking healthy, etc. Fit tv need to maintain what they were designed for and stick with it. If the rating are not good do not throw other shows that are not related just be creative and think outside of the box. If this helps more health cooking and MORE EXERCISE!:-D
