Theft - Charge My Credit Card - Do not deliver DVDs

I requested Amos 'D' Andrew film bundle on 9/26/09. They charged my charge card and not delivered the movies, or replied towards the several emails I sent requesting my movies. The telephone number mounted on my charge card costs / eliminated / states solutions having a email speech to depart a note after which a lady speech suggests mail complete. It's been in this way for months. Their "Head-Quarters" handle shown:

The Classic Playhouse, LLC 3 Linden Hts, Norwalk CT, 06851 USA - appears nothing on Searches.

I've had my Charge Card Business - Challenge the cost and attempt to have this ROBBERY Corrected!
