March 8 of this yr i ordered 109296—which was the 635 episodes of gunsmoke-for 150.00—on april 10 i received my order MINUS volumes 5 and 6—GOT vols 1-2-3-4-7-8 -missing discs 79-118—a total of 29 discs—i got an incomplete order—emailed them and called them many times&no response—NEVER a word or email-im afraid to go thru expense of sending back what i received for fear of losing that and the ship expense—all i want is the missing volumes&any help you can give me is greatly appreciated&im 64 and cant afford to be ripped off—from what ive seen as to the complaints against them im astounded they are allowed to operate! —thank you
