Charged After Contract Suspended Six Months While Moving

I canceled my contract because I was moving out of state. They claim they suspended my contract for six months, and because they had my credit card number, after six months they started charging my credit card without my authorization.

They claim that is their policy and that I can cancel again, but it will cost me for a month and other cancellation charges.
