I registered for pack bundle and required the cost lock promise. I obtained the shape within the email. Finished it send it back on 6/27/07. Today is August 12. I chose to contact concerning the cash-back payoff. I talked to somebody in Payment. He explained I have to keep in touch with the Revenue office. While that individual couldn't assist me he explained I want Payment. I told him the very first person stated I want Revenue. He explained he'd to move me back again to payment, alternatively he transferred me to techinal help. She transferred me back again to Purchase. The individual is Revenue was attempting to alter my support to up my cost. I recommended her I had been not attempting to alter my support, I do want to understand when am I going to obtain my $100 cash-back. She stated she couldn't support me. Therefore, I choose to look for a site to create about my criticism and inform anyone who not realize that Period Warners client solutions SMELLS! They don't possess a hint. It is incredible they're still running a business.
