No business integrity AT-ALL. FutureShop is this type of FRAUD! We simply bought a T. V from futureshop in December.in the beginning we needed a 42inch television, however they stated it had been sold-out they promoted to us a 46inch tv (only 2 available). We requested them whether there might be a discount, and he stated he'll requested a supervisor. He returned and informed us he is able to provide us an $100 discount. Therefore we chose to buy the television. He later launched us to some Merchandise Service Program (PSP) and ATTRACTED us into purchasing it since he explained we are able to buy it after which return it within 30days if we didn't obtain the PSP. I've ASKED HIM OVER 3 WHETHER WE COULD TRULY RETURN JUST THE PROGRAM, and he explained YES, simply generate the bill and we are able to return the total amount for you personally should you choosenot such as the warranty support.
THEREFORE, we've didn't maintain the GUARANTEE SUPPORT and went directly into speak with them.US: We didn't stick to PSP, are you able to assist us do the reimbursement? FUTURESHOP: NO, you CAn't reimbursement it since its area of the BUNDLE
