DVD ordered yet not delivered!

I have purchased DVDs for value of more than 150 USD an almost month ago. Order confirmation never was emailed to me neither product delivery has happened. Emailing complaint to the company is not successful to date. Contacting them is not possible. All looks like a big SCAM.
