Awful service!

Evidently there have most of the same grievances... So perhaps this can not be addressed. However lately I introduced a brand new Television using the intend to view HD channels... Directv has created 6-7 appointments to my house with numerous specialists who've not linked the TV properly... (please remember that we were hoodwinked and informed we TODAY have to buy a bigger satellite and HD support.) Each week I've a discussion using the customer support division attempting to trouble-shoot our issue. We constantly obtain SEEKING SATELLITE SIGN 771... About the display despite our initiatives to check out the within the phone instructions from customer support... This really is getting exhausting not having the ability to view our new tv. An effective reaction could be appropriate that rescheduling inexperienced professionals. At this time we're ready to stop our support... Change to Timewarner and contact the attorney-general for robbery of providers... Oh... I also do not like lacking Television if you find poor weather... That is if you want Television.
