A.E.M. Real Estate is a SCAM. They are not a real company. They do not have a real office. They are a bunch of scam artists cold calling seniors with the hopes of stealing money from them.
Scam scam scam.
They will try to get you to wire money to a place they say is an escrow company, but really it's an overseas account they set up. You won't get your money back. There is no buyer for your timeshare. There is no lien against your property. There is no transaction. Just scammers out to take your money.
Do not send money. If you don't believe me, hire a lawyer and insist on a face-to-face meeting with them.
